Returns, refunds and size replacements

Each shirt is made to order. We accept return or refund requests for defective items or items that do not match your order. If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email support@oddlyspecificbrand.com with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending an item back.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for choosing the wrong size. Please review the size chart before ordering.

Custom-order fit offer

If your custom shirt does not fit, we can make and send a replacement in a different size for 50% of the original shirt price. For a custom shirt purchased at $35, the replacement shirt is $17.50. Shipping and applicable taxes are additional. Email support@oddlyspecificbrand.com with your order number and requested size to arrange the replacement. This discounted replacement offer is for custom orders; it is not a refund of the original purchase.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
